ফর্ম দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ: (২৯-০৬-১৫ থেকে)
ফর্ম তুলতে লাগবে : উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বা স্নাতকস্তরের মার্কশিট এবং সার্টিফিকেট ( Valid Original)
ফর্মের ফি : ১০০ টাকা (General,OBC A,OBC B)
২৫ টাকা ( SC,ST,PH ; Valid Original SC/ST/PH সার্টিফিকেট দেখাতে হবে )

০৪-০৭-১৫ !! ও জমা নেওয়া হবে ০৬-০৭-১৫ পর্যন্ত ।।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকে ৫০% বা যে কোনো শাখায় স্নাতক ( ২৫-০৫-২০১৫ এর মধ্যে Complete হতে হবে) ।

* ২০১২ এর আবেদনকারী যারা ২৬-০২-২০১৪ এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী নিজেদের প্রার্থিতা ( candidature) Online এ নিশ্চিত ( Confirm) করে Acknowledgment Recipt ডাউনলোড করেছেন এবং ২০১২ এর টেটের Original Admit Card আছে তারা পুনরায় আবেদন করবেন না ।
* ০৬-০৩-২০১৪ এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী যে সকল আবেদনকারী ২০১৪ তে টাকা জমা করেছিলেন এবং ১২-০৬-২০১৫ এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী Admit Card ডাউনলোড করেছেন তারা পুনরায় আবেদন করবেন না ।
* ২০১২ এর আবেদনকারী ( যাদের Admit Card এবং Acknowledgment Recipt আছে ) তারা OMR শিটে Category এবং D.EL.ED Training Qualification আপডেট করতে পারবেন ।
* একজন আবেদনকারী, টেট যে কোনো জেলা থেকে দেওয়ার পর যদি উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে টেট সার্টিফিকেট পান, তিনি পরে রাজ্যের যে কোনো জেলার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন ।
* ২০১২ ও ২০১৪ এর আবেদনকারীদের বয়সের ঊর্দ্ধসীমা ধরা হবে যথাক্রমে ০১-০১-২০১২ ও ০১-০১-২০১৪ তারিখের নিরিখে ।
* ২০১২ এর আবেদনকারী , যাদের Original Admit Card এবং Acknowledgment Recipt হারিয়ে ফেলেছেন কিন্তু Xerox Copy আছে ,তাদের নতুন করে আবেদন না করার অণুরোধ করা হয়েছে । এই সম্বন্ধে কি করনীয় তা পরে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে ।
* Receiving Authority দ্বারা Signature এবং Seal লাগানো Admit Card অংশটিকে যথাযথভাবে রাখতে হবে ।
* অসম্পূর্ণ এবং নকল আবেদনপ্ত্র বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে ।
বি.দ্র : ২০১২ এর আবেদনকারী (যাদের ২০১২ এর Admit Card থাকার কথা) যারা ২০১৪ তে Acknowledgment Recipt ডাউনলোড করেছেন কিন্তু এই মুহূর্তে কোন একটি বা দুটিই নেই ( xerox Copy ও নেই )
তারা নতুন ভাবে পারবে কি ?
নতুন ভাবে আবেদন করলে তাদের প্রার্থিতা অবৈধ হবে কি ?
বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে পরিষ্কার করে কিছুই বলা নেই । আমরা বিভিন্ন DPSC থেকে খোঁজ নেওয়ার চেষ্টা করছি , আপনারা ও চেষ্টা করুন । এই সম্পর্কে কিছু তথ্য পেলে Group e Share করবেন আশা রাখছি।

✔ পরীক্ষা ৩০শে অগাস্ট বেলা ২-৩.৩০ পর্যন্ত ।
✔ প্রাথমিক পরীক্ষার জন্য যারা নতুন আবেদন করবেন তারা ফর্ম পাবেন আজ থেকে ।
✔ ফর্ম দেওয়া ও জমা নেওয়া হবে ২৯-৬-১৫ থেকে ০৪-৭-১৫ পর্যন্ত ।
✔ প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই H.S. এ 50% অথবা Graduate হতে হবে ।
✔ প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই ২০১৪ বা ২৫-৫-১৫ এর মধ্যে Graduation pass out হতে হবে ।
✔ Maximum Age ধরতে হবে ০১-০১-২০১২ for 2012 candidates এবং ০১-০১-২০১৪ for 2014 candidates.
✔ ফর্ম তুলতে যাওয়ার সময় অবশ্যই H.S. or Graduation এর Original Mark sheet or Certificate নিয়ে যাবেন ।
✔ ফর্ম পাবেন UBI BANK এর নির্দীষ্ট শাখা গুলিতে ও জেলা প্রাথমিক সংসদ অফিসে (সময় : সকাল ১১ থেকে বিকেল ৪ টে)
✔ ১০০/-- for GEN, OBC nd ২৫/--- for SC, ST, PH
✔ মনে রাখবেন যারা ২০১২ এর Admit Card ও ২০১৪ তে Acknowledgement copy ডাউনলোড করেছেন তারা পুনরায় নতুন করে আবেদন করলে দুটো রেজিস্ট্রেশান ই বাতিল হবে ।
✔ যারা Category nd Training add করতে চান তাদের উত্তর পত্রে Options থাকবে । নতুন করে আবেদন করবেন না ।
✔ যাদের documents হারিয়ে গেছে কিন্তু কোন একটার জেরক্স কপি আছে তাদের কি করতে হবে পরে জানানো হবে ।
✔ যাদের admit/acknowledgement copy দুটোই হারিয়ে গেছে কোন একটার জেরক্স কপি ও নেই তাদের কি করতে হবে জানার জন্য জেলা সংসদ অফিসে যোগাযোগ করুন ।
✔ ফর্মগুলি UBI এর কোন কোন শাখায় পাবেন তা জানতে পোষ্ট করা photo copy টা দেখুন।
✔ পরীক্ষার্থীরা টেট পাশ করে থাকলে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের যে কোন জেলার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন ।

West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test – WB TET Admit Card will be available to download soon on  www.westbengalssc.com. Applicants can download their WB TET Hall Ticket 2015 and attempt their examination on 30th August 2015. By downloading WB TET Admit Card 2015 candidates can know more details about their examination centre, date and time of the examination etc. Candidates also can verify their name, registration number, scanned photograph, signature printed on the WB TET Hall Ticket/ Admit Card 2015.  If any mistakes occurs on their hall tickets, candidates can concern the authorities for rectification.
